Our commitment is to dispatch all orders received by midday on the same day, Monday to Friday—subject to items being in stock. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Delivery Options:

• Tracked Second Class delivery (2-4 working days): £3.95 or free for orders over £50.

• Tracked First Class delivery (1-2 working days): £4.95 or free for orders over £50.

• Special Delivery (next working day if placed by midday Mon – Thurs): £9.95 or free for orders over £100.

Europe/International Delivery Options:

Lost or Undeliverable Orders:

All products on our website comply with the legal regulations in the United Kingdom. We cannot provide information on the legal status of our products in other countries. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with your local laws, import regulations, and customs requirements before placing an order. By ordering from Cearmed Leaf, you acknowledge and accept all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products being shipped to your location. We are unable to resend or refund orders that have been seized or destroyed by Customs.

In the event that your order is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement according to the designated timescale provided by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order arrives damaged, we will promptly send you replacements for the damaged items.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information provided by you, or if the goods are undeliverable through no fault of our own, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to charge a redelivery fee.

Please be aware that all deliveries are facilitated by third-party couriers and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. While we strive to expedite your order, we cannot guarantee specific levels of delivery service or exact timescales.

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver CBD products to the Republic of Ireland.
