1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only available for items returned within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• Refunds will not be issued for items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Used

  • Stretched

2. Delivery Costs

• All refunds are subject to a deduction for delivery charges, up to a maximum of £20.

• This amount will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

3. Refund Process

• Refund requests will be processed within 30 days from the date the returned items are received.

• Once your return has been inspected, you will receive a notification of approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, after the 30-day processing period.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Any item not returned in its original condition, or that is damaged, opened, used, or stretched

• Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

• Custom-made items are non-refundable. Please note: All custom-made garments may have a size variance of up to half an inch

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

• Return shipping charges are non-refundable
