Refund & Cancellation Policy
1.Membership/Subscriptions Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Suppliers and users may choose to purchase memberships/subscriptions on Grooft B2B for enhanced benefits. However, once the membership is active, no refunds will be provided, including for any additional add-ons or services purchased in conjunction with the memberships/subscriptions.
2. Add-Ons and Other Services Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will not be issued for any additional services or add-ons purchased. Once an add-on or service is purchased, the transaction is considered final.
3. Order Cancellation by Buyers Policy:
Buyers have the right to cancel their orders within the specified time from the date of purchase agreed with suppliers To initiate a cancellation, buyers must send a request to the suppliers directly. However, a 7% administration charge will be applied to the refunded amount for order cancellations.
4. Refund Processing Policy:
Refunds will be processed within the specified time from the date the cancellation request is received. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction to either buyer or supplier.
5. Disputes and Resolution Policy:
In case of disputes between buyers and suppliers, both parties are encouraged to engage in negotiation or mediation to resolve the issue. Grooft B2B is not responsible for disputes arising between users and suppliers.
6. Exceptional Cases Policy:
In exceptional cases where there is evidence of product defects or dissatisfaction, the supplier may agree to provide a full or partial refund. Suppliers and buyers should communicate and provide evidence to support their refund claims.
7. Non-Refundable Items Policy:
Membership/subscriptions, add-ons, and other services are non-refundable once the membership is active unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in these terms and conditions.
8. Changes to Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Grooft B2B reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the platform.
