CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd. These terms and conditions govern your use of our 3PL (Third Party Logistics) services, and by engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

– “CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd” refers to the 3PL services provider located at Unit 3 Crown Yard, Heathfield, East Sussex, TN21 8QZ.

– “Client” refers to any individual or entity engaging the services of CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd.

– “Services” refer to the 3PL (Third Party Logistics) services provided by CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd.

3. Service Agreement

By engaging the services of CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

4. Scope of Services

CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd provides comprehensive 3PL services, including but not limited to warehousing, distribution, inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics.

5. Client Responsibilities

– The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their logistics requirements.

– The Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the transportation and handling of their goods.

– The Client is responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged and labeled according to industry standards.

6. Fees and Payment

– Fees for CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd services are determined based on the scope of services provided and will be communicated to the Client in advance.

– Payment terms are as agreed upon between CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd and the Client and must be adhered to strictly.

7. Liability

– While every effort is made to ensure the safe handling and transportation of goods, CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from factors beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, accidents, or regulatory actions.

– CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd’s liability for any damages arising from its services shall be limited to the value of the services provided.

8. Confidentiality

– CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of their business relationship.

9. Termination

– Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice.

– Upon termination, the Client must settle any outstanding payments owed to CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd for services rendered.

10. Governing Law

– These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Amendments

– CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notification of amendments will be provided to the Client in writing.

By engaging the services of CeeWhy Vancouver Ltd, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
