Welcome to The Fulfilment Experts! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our 3PL services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

The Fulfilment Experts was created to support businesses in their quest for success. Founded in 2021 by Tadeas and Laszlo, our directors, our goal is to provide a superior and efficient third-party logistics (3PL) service compared to other similar companies in the UK. Having extensive experience with fulfilment centres, they recognized the importance of customer service and transparent pricing in this industry.

2. Services Offered

The Fulfilment Experts offers a variety of logistics and fulfilment services, including but not limited to:

• Warehousing and storage
• Order processing and fulfilment
• Inventory management
• Shipping and delivery
• Returns processing

3. Transparent Pricing

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our pricing structure is clearly outlined, and you will be informed of all costs before you sign up for our services. Should there be any changes to our pricing, we will notify you in advance.

4. Account Management

Each client will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will:

• Be familiar with your stock and inventory
• Provide recommendations on cost-saving measures
• Advise on appropriate services for your needs
• Be available for direct contact without the need to wait in line

5. Customer Service

Customer service is a top priority for us. We strive to offer exceptional support to ensure your experience with The Fulfilment Experts is seamless. In the event of any issues, your account manager is your direct point of contact, ensuring prompt and personalized assistance.

6. Payment Terms

All payments for services are due as per the invoicing schedule provided upon signing up. Payment terms will be clearly stated in the invoice, and failure to adhere to these terms may result in suspension of services.

7. Liability

While we strive to handle all goods with the utmost care, The Fulfilment Experts is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay of goods caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the extent of the service fee paid for the specific service provided.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and any remaining inventory will be returned to the client at their expense.

9. Confidentiality

The Fulfilment Experts is committed to protecting your confidential information. All client data and business information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
