2. Lead Submission: Online client leads submitted to HOREN are subject to review and acceptance by HOREN at its sole discretion.
3. Services Offered: HOREN provides intelligent Returnable Transit Packaging (RTP) and tracking system services. Our offerings include qualified FLCs (Foldable Large Containers), RPCs (Reusable Plastic Containers), IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers), ALCs (Attached Lid Containers), and associated tracking system services.
4. Availability: Availability of products and services may vary based on location and demand. HOREN reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
5. Accuracy of Information: The accuracy of information provided in the client lead is the responsibility of the lead submitter. HOREN shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or omissions in the lead information.
6. Confidentiality: HOREN will treat all client lead information as confidential and will only use it for the purpose of evaluating and responding to the lead.
7. No Obligation: Submitting a client lead does not create any obligation on the part of HOREN to provide products or services, nor does it guarantee acceptance of the lead.
8. Limitation of Liability: HOREN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the submission of a client lead.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England.
10. Modification of Terms: HOREN reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or providing notice to lead submitters.
