Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan.

10. Amendments: Mamta Leather reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
