3. Project Milestones: Our R&D process encompasses several milestones, including:

•    – Establishing the clients’ core problems/needs and requirements.
•    – Concept generation and development, selecting the most feasible options.
•    – Formulation development for bulk scale-up.
•    – Product development and manufacturing solutions, including final product visualization.
•    – Prototyping for market research, safety analysis, and client sign-off.
•    – Commercialization, production review, and scale-up.
•    – Mass production and product launch.

4. Collaborative Approach: We work closely with all partners to identify immediate problems and explore potential solutions. Our goal is to minimize risk exposure and deliver products that meet the clients’ specifications and expectations.
