Our services include but are not limited to Multi-Modal Import & Export, E-commerce Logistics, Excisable goods handling, B2B/B2C/C2C consignments management, Reverse Logistics, and more.

3. MyNGT Customer Portal

NG Terminal operates using MyNGT, a sophisticated system designed for scalable integrations. Through MyNGT, our customers have access to a dedicated customer portal offering 24/7 visibility of their shipments. Additionally, API options are available for seamless plug & play integration.

4. Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) Approval

NG Terminal is an AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) approved by UK HM Customs. This accreditation demonstrates our commitment to compliance, security, and efficiency in international trade operations.

5. Customer Obligations

Customers utilizing NG Terminal services are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their shipments. It is the customer’s obligation to ensure that all goods comply with relevant customs regulations and restrictions. NG Terminal reserves the right to refuse any shipment that violates applicable laws or poses a risk to our operations or reputation.

6. Liability

While NG Terminal endeavors to provide reliable and secure services, we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our facilities or systems. Customers agree to indemnify and hold NG Terminal harmless from any liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
