3.3 You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for your inventory.

4. Payments:

4.1 Fees for using our fulfillment services are outlined in our pricing agreement.

4.2 Payment for services rendered is due according to the agreed-upon schedule.

4.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Liability:

5.1 Swift E-commerce Fulfillment Center is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from the use of our services.

5.2 Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

6. Termination:

6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

6.2 Upon termination, you are responsible for removing all inventory from our premises within the specified timeframe.

7. Confidentiality:

7.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of this agreement.

7.2 Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law:

8.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
