b. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to Kyrios Enterprise within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
c. Reports should be emailed to info@kyriosenterprise.com, including detailed information and supporting evidence (such as photographs).
3. **Refund Policy:**
a. If damages are reported within the stipulated 7-day period, Kyrios Enterprise will initiate an investigation.
b. If the investigation verifies the reported damages and the responsibility lies with the supplier, Kyrios Enterprise will facilitate a refund to the buyer.
c. No refunds will be provided if the buyer fails to report damages within the specified timeframe.
4. **Compensation for Damages:**
a. Upon verification of the reported damages, Kyrios Enterprise will work with the supplier to provide compensation promptly.
b. Compensation may include a refund, replacement of damaged goods, or an agreed-upon resolution between the buyer and supplier.
5. **Timely Resolution:**
Kyrios Enterprise is committed to ensuring timely resolutions for reported damages. The process will be expedited to minimize any inconvenience to the buyer.
6. **Exclusion of Transactions Outside the Platform:**
Kyrios Enterprise emphasizes that this Return Policy applies only to transactions conducted on the official B2B platform. Any transactions undertaken outside the platform are not the responsibility of Kyrios Enterprise, and this policy does not extend to such transactions.
7. **Responsibility of the Buyer:**
a. Buyers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the goods upon receipt and reporting any damages promptly.
b. Failure to report damages within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any potential refunds.
8. **Dispute Resolution:**
In the event of disputes regarding damages or compensation, Kyrios Enterprise will act as a mediator to facilitate a fair and mutually agreeable resolution between the buyer and the supplier.
9. **Modification of Policy:**
Kyrios Enterprise reserves the right to modify this Return Policy. Any changes will be communicated to buyers on time.
